SAR Staff and Hasty Team divers began responding to the Hyatt pier to recover a drowning victim located in approximately 20′ of water in the area of the boat buoys. Before arrival, a NLTFPD diver was able to recover the body. SAR response was cancelled.

SAR Staff and RAVEN again assisted Eureka County SO with the search for a missing paraglider from 8/22/20. Again, negative results.

SAR Staff and RAVEN responded to an area outside of Eureka, NV to assist Eureka County SO with locating a missing paraglider from 8/22/20. Negative results.

SAR Staff, Hasty Team, SVU, and WCSAR responded to a staging location on N. Virginia to begin evacuation notices for a brush fire in the Horizon Hills subdivision area. Upon arrival, fire assets had stopped forward movement of the fire and SAR response was cancelled.

SAR Staff, Hasty Team BC, and WCSAR BC responded to the Tunnel Creek Cafe entrance to the trail to locate a mountain biker that had crashed off the side of the trail. A Conservation Corp group located the subject and started walking him down the trail to their vehicle. NLTFPD and Hasty drove to the where the CC vehicle was parked, approximately two miles from the crash site. The subject was transported to staging.
