8/17/19 – Pyramid Lake Missing Subject

SAR Staff, Hasty Team, RAVEN, and the SVU assisted Pyramid Lake Tribal Police in searching for a subject that was last seen struggling to get on a large floaty that was being blown out into the lake. Shore searches and extensive water and air searches were not able to locate either the subject or the floaty. Approximately four hours later, the subject walked into camp, with the deflated floaty. She had been blown to the area of Dago Bay, walked on a dirt road to a highway, and got a ride back to their camp.
