SAR Staff, Hasty Team, and WCSAR responded to the Tamarack Lake parking area to access a BC skier that was lost in a snowstorm below Tamarack Peak. Hasty skiers located the subject and guided him down to staging.

The SVU, using the Pisten Bully snowcat, transported WC Telecom personnel and equipment to the Relay Ridge repeater site.

SAR Staff, Hasty skiers, and WCSAR were requested to stage at Tahoe Meadows to locate a lost X-country skier. Due to weather and road conditions, response time to staging was extremely lengthy resulting in the subject being able to self-rescue from his location (which was not far from the Mt. Rose Highway.

SAR Staff, Hasty Team, and WCSAR responded to the Tahoe Meadows to locate two snowshoers that were disoriented and unsure of where they were. A WCSAR snowshoe team located the subjects and guided them to staging.

SAR Staff and the SVU staged in the Palomino Valley area to access and rescue a family of three that, due to snow, had slid off a road and became high-centered. The three subjects were rescued and transported down to staging.
