SAR Staff, Hasty ROV operators and Marine 10 from the SVU recovered the second missing victim from the boat capsizing on 6/21. The victim was transferred to an Eldorado County Sheriff’s Office boat.

SAR Staff, Hasty ROV operators and swimmers, and the SVU assisted Marine 9 with recovering two missing subjects from a capsized boat near Rubicon Point at Lake Tahoe. One subject was located and recovered.

SAR Staff and the SVU responded to an area in Verdi to access a SxS with four subjects that were lost on the west side of Peavine. The subjects were located and guided back to staging.

SAR Staff and Fire Evacuation certified SAR personnel responded to a mutual aid request from Douglas County to assist with evacuations for the Conner Fire.

SAR Staff and Backcountry personnel responded to the Jones Creek area to locate and transport an injured mountain bike rider. The subject was quickly located, stabilized, and transported in a wheeled litter to staging and transferred to a waiting ambulance.
