SAR Staff, Hasty Team, RAVEN, SVU, and WCSAR were requested to search for an endangered juvenile that was reported missing from a school in Spanish Springs. Teams checked neighborhood roads and open spaces while RAVEN began surveying the Lemmon Valley/Hungry Valley area from the air. An eye-witness reported seeing the subject in the area of Eagle Canyon and Hungry Valley Rd., then another report came in that he was at a residence in Lemmon Valley. WCSO Deputies located the juvenile at the reported house.

SAR Staff, Hasty BC, SVU, and WCSAR BC began responding to the west Keystone Trailhead for a subject having a medical episode near the “R”. As the first SAR assets were arriving, the subject was at a REMSA ambulance. SAR assets were cancelled.

SAR Staff, Hasty BC, SVU, and WCSAR BC assisted WCSO detectives with the recovery of a deceased subject located in the Kiowa Pond area.

SAR Staff and the SVU responded to a request by patrol deputies to assist in transporting an injured target shooter (fell down a slope while setting a target) who was complaining of ankle injuries. At one point, Hasty BC and WCSAR BC were requested, but the subject was extracted from his location to a side x side, so BC was cancelled.

SAR Staff, Hasty Team, SVU, and WCSAR continued to almost midnight performing fire evacuation notices to residences in the path of the fire.
