SAR Staff and the SVU responded to the N. Virginia St. entrance to Peavine to locate three subjects that were stuck in a Jeep. The vehicle was located and extracted from its predicament and escorted back to staging.

SAR Staff and the SVU responded to an area of the Winnemucca Ranch Rd to locate and assist a subject that was stuck in snow. The vehicle was extracted and escorted back to staging.

SAR Staff and the SVU responded to an area east of Wadsworth to assist Lyon County SO in locating and extracting a subject, her child, and a dog that whose vehicle was stuck in mud. SVU side x sides quickly located the vehicle and transported the subjects and dog to staging.

SAR Staff, Hasty Team, SVU, and WCSAR responded to the Winter’s Lodge side of the Mt. Rose Ski Resort to locate and safely extract a lost skier who had gone into an out-of-bounds area and found himself in some very dangerous terrain. Hasty skiers located the subject and escorted him down to Davis Creek Park.

SAR Staff and the SVU staged at the end of Pinehaven Dr. to locate and transport two lost hikers that were not prepared for the snowstorm that enveloped the area in the late afternoon. Two tracked vehicles and side x sides were used to locate the subjects and safely transport them to staging.
