SAR Staff, the SVU, and a Hasty REMSA medic staged in the Verdi area to access a subject that was stating he had become lost, had frostbitten toes, and was dehydrated. Tracked vehicles were used to transport deputies and a medic to the location where his phone ping placed him at, and transported him back to staging.
