11/27/22 – Mt. Rose EMS

SAR Staff, Hasty BC, SVU, and WCSAR BC were requested to locate, treat, and transport a subject that was near the top of Mt. Rose (the mountain) and had very cold feet. The cold subject, along with a hiking partner and a dog, were located by BC ground teams that had been shuttled into the area with tracked vehicles. They were brought back to where the tracked vehicles were waiting and were transported back to staging at the Mt. Rose Highway parking lot.
