3/22/21 – Hunter Creek Trail

SAR Staff, Hasty Team BC, and WCSAR BC responded to the Michael Thompson Trailhead to locate seven teenaged hikers that became separated while on a trek to the waterfall. Darkness and snow showers also created some issues, with their location showing approximately 1.25 miles from the trailhead. Two subjects made their way out before SAR teams arrived at staging, two more appeared as the first SAR team was leaving staging, and the remaining three were located a couple hundred yards up canyon.
